mixed feelings about this stay
poor lighting worn power sockets
the hotel's location was definitely convenient.
My room was quite disappointing. the lighting was poor, i could barely see anything. also, the power sockets looked old and worn. I felt unsafe using them

really good food excellent size great staff amazing design
The food was really good with a huge variety. I loved it! the hotel design is amazing and the size is quite excellent. i found the architecture beautiful and the available facilities met all my expectations. the staff was great.
i noticed the hotel is aging a bit, but it didn't significantly impact my enjoyment.

the suite had great space. it included a seating area plus a large balcony with sea views. the air conditioning worked efficiently, and the beds were very comfortable.

a mixed bag, really
bad food rude concierge
i really disliked the room service. the food just tasted off. drinks at the bar at night? basically watered down. and the concierge? he wasn't very polite and was rude, he seemed annoyed when we asked for help. i felt a bit let down by the experience, to be honest.

great location big room rough bedsheet duvet issue
i really liked the location. i had a nice big room which was a beautiful room with sea view. it was a comfortable stay. it was just what i needed.
the bed sheet felt rough. it did not cover the bed completely. the duvet stayed in the cupboard without a cover.

dark room slow elevators
i was really hoping for a better experience. the room was not that good. it felt very dark, not what i expect. also, the elevators were slow, and there was usually a wait, it was a bit anoying.

modern gym special nights
I had such a blast at this hotel it had awesome amenities, the food was superb. the gym was modern. Its pool faces the sea, a fine feature i loved. the staff was helpful. Speaking to anyone was easy. there were special food nights. The meals felt fresh from salad to meats.
